This report describes the development of the Gender-Equitable Men (GEM) scale and the process of country-specific adaptation. It also highlights its relevance as a tool to measure gender inequity.
The GEM scale was developed by Population Council/Horizons and Equimundo to directly measure attitudes towards gender norms.
